All UK orders over £50 are sent post FREE within the UK.
All UK shipments are sent via Royal Mail or Evri. Larger or higher value items may be sent via DPD or UPS.

We aim to send all items out the same day or by the next working day.

Tracked24/48 is not available on free postage orders.

We WILL NOT be held responsible for items damaged or missing in the post. We will not send any replacement items or give a refund for items lost in the post. We will provide you with the Royal Mail proof of posting details and it is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail about the missing or damaged items. We will support any claims you make with Royal Mail regarding missing or damaged items when contacted by Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International deliveries may incur import taxes/customs charges. All fees and import taxes are your sole responsibility. Warped Magic has no control over these fees, taxes or charges.

International standard shipping starts at just £9.99.

All items will be shipped internationally signed for so we have proof of delivery. Should the items ordered exceed the cost of the Standard international shipping rate then additional fees will be requested and must be paid for by the customer before we ship out your order. If the shipping fees are not completed within 7 days from the request then the order will automatically be cancelled and no goods will be shipped.

RETURNS
As we are selling magic tricks and you are buying the secret we do not accept any returns unless an item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault. We DO NOT accept returns for items that are unwanted, damaged by misuse or simply because you have changed your mind!

All items are checked before being dispatched so it is unlikely that there will be any faulty items due to manufacturing faults.

If in the rare case, an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault we will offer you a replacement or refund. Please contact us first before returning any item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
