Making a Purchase
Making your purchases could not be easier, please browse our store, add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete your order. We accept payments by Paypal. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email and your goods despatched as soon as possible.
Shipping and Handling
We despatch items within the UK by Royal Mail Post (2-3 days) which does not include insurance. Goods are sent at your risk. For an additional charge you can have your mainland UK order sent by Next Day Delivery (next working day). We cannot guarantee a next day service at the weekend. Orders received over the weekend or holiday periods will be despatched on the next working day. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers. The delivery times shown with each product are an estimated time of arrival to you, we aim to have your products shipped within 3-4 days but if an item is found to be out of stock with our suppliers then we must ask you to allow up to 21 working days for delivery. If an item cannot be shipped to a customer within 21 working days a refund to the value of the item will be offered or the customer. We reserve the right to charge additional postage costs on larger and/or heavier orders which exceed the basic 2.99 postage charge. If the additional postage charges are refused the order will be refunded and cancelled.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All item will be shipped international signed for so we have proof of delivery. Should the items ordered exceed the cost of the Standard international shipping rate then additional fees will be requested and must be paid for by the customer before we ship out your order. If the shipping fees are not completed within 7 days from the request then the order will automatically be cancelled and no goods will be shipped.
Pricing
WarpedMagic.co.uk reserves the right to alter a price on any item without prior notice. Any queries regarding pricing changes should be directed to WarpedMagic.co.uk via email.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of magic being secret we cannot offer any refund on an item.
Any items returned for any reason without prior authorisation will be refused.
Use of Materials purchased from WarpedMagic.co.uk
WarpedMagic.co.uk makes no representation that any materials on this site, including merchandise which is offered for sale and their trademarks, patents and licensing arrangements are appropriate and available for use outside the United Kingdom. Anyone choosing to access the site from outside the UK do so on their own initiative and are personally responsible and liable for compliance with local laws. When ordering any adult themed item, for example fire or sharp items, you are effectively declaring that you are over the age of 18, and that it is legal for you to own that item in your country or region. WarpedMagic.co.uk will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or legal action which may arise from the possession, use or misuse of any items supplied by us.
